Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for exchanges, refunds, or merchandise credits within 30 days of purchase at ArianaHall.shop. Items must meet the following criteria to be returned:

Items must be in new condition, including all tags and packaging, free of stains and wear.

Items marked "Final Sale," "Imperfect," or otherwise are not returnable.

Returns to the original form of purchase are subject to an $8 restocking fee. All other returns, including merchandise credit or size exchanges, are free of charge. Please process exchanges and returns separately.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the return is processed at our warehouse. However, store credit will be issued immediately after the return package is scanned by the post office.

We also offer instant exchanges, where you can receive an immediate store credit by simply providing your credit card. You have 14 days to return the original item to avoid being charged. You can learn more about this in the FAQ below.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at the Ariana Hall warehouse. If the returned item is missing from the packaging, or the returned item is deemed invalid, your store credit will be affected or you will be invoiced for that item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in condition for sale.
